Location-Based Services We use location information to route wireless communications and to provide 911 service, which allows emergency services to locate your general location. We may disclose, without your consent, the approximate location of a wireless device to a governmental entity or law enforcement authority when we are served with lawful process or reasonably believe there is an emergency involving risk of death or serious physical harm. Depending on your device, you may also be able to obtain a wide array of services based on the location of your device (for example, driving directions, enhanced 411 Directory Assistance or search results, etc.). These services use various location technologies and acquire location data from various sources. Where our network supplier allows third parties the capability of accessing data about your location that is derived from our supplier’s network, our network supplier requires those third parties to observe specific privacy and security protections consistent with this policy. It is important that you understand the location capabilities and settings of your device, and that you carefully read and understand the terms under which these services are provided – whether by us or another entity. You should carefully review the privacy policies and other terms of third parties with whom you have authorized the sharing of your location information, and you should consider the risks involved in disclosing your location information to other people. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, usage and disclosure of information that we receive from our users through our chat bot functionalities as made available by our product along with its implementations.
Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our privacy practices and contact us if you have any questions.
Information we collect from you
Personal information is data that can be used to identify or contact a single person.
This chat bot is built to provide user-specific information collected by the Billtopia mobile app, as described in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
In addition, there is certain amount of information that is collected by the platforms and integrations our chat bot uses. This includes
Time zone
Location (Latitude and Longitude values wrapped in a Location object)
Query (Natural language text to be processed )
sessionID- a unique anonymous string of characters identifying the session, etc
How we use the information
We only store the textual information to better our chat bots questions handling capacity and efficiency and also to ensure that the number of no match conversations is minimum. Other pieces of information mentioned above are necessary for the agents's functioning over various platforms.
What information do we share?
We never share the data with anyone.
How users can change/delete their data
The only way this chat bot can identify a user is with the help of a 'sessionID' which is a unique, anonymous string of characters which identifies their session. The users can choose any one of the two options called 'Reset App' or 'Stop this app from remembering me'. Doing this will change or reset the unique code the chat bot uses to remember them and hence the user will seem to be a new user during their next interaction with the app.
